twmmk Terms & Conditions — Terms of Service Agreement

This page sets out in detail the official terms and conditions, player responsibilities, and platform policies relating to the use of the twmmk platform.

These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between twmmk and every player who uses the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the service immediately.

Note: These terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately, and continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised agreement.

1. General Provisions

Service Restrictions

twmmk's services are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and twmmk bears no responsibility for any losses arising from such use.

One Account Per Player

Each player may create only one personal account. Creating additional accounts using the same IP address, payment method, or personal details is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, those accounts will be suspended and any balances held in them may be voided.

Providing Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. If false or fake information is provided, twmmk may immediately suspend the account and withhold any funds without refund.

2. Account Management

Players are responsible for keeping their account secure. Do not share your password or login details with anyone.

  • Players are fully responsible for all activity on their account. twmmk is not liable for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account.
  • If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
  • To close your account, contact the customer support team. Any outstanding balances must be settled before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • twmmk may review any account activity for the purpose of maintaining a fair and transparent platform.
  • twmmk may temporarily restrict a player's account at the player's request or for security reasons.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

  • The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
  • Available deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer.
  • Deposits must be made using only the player's own payment method registered with twmmk.
  • Deposits from third parties are not accepted. Doing so may result in your withdrawal being suspended.

Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of deposit.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used when depositing.
  • Verification checks may be carried out for anti-money laundering purposes, and withdrawals may be suspended during that period.
Important Notice: Balances that include bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met. If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any winnings related to the bonus amount may be forfeited.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

To claim twmmk bonuses and promotions, players must follow the key terms and conditions below.

Welcome Bonus

  • twmmk's welcome bonus gives 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
  • The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is 15x the bonus amount.
  • Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
  • Example — deposit 180,000 Ks, receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a total balance of 280,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
  • The bonus can only be claimed once per player. Accounts sharing the same IP address or data as another player may have their bonus transactions cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within the period set by twmmk after the bonus is received, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
  • Promotion periods, eligible game types and specific restrictions can be checked on the bonus details page.
  • twmmk may update its bonus policy at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

5. Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Actions

To maintain fairness and a safe environment for all players, every player agrees to follow the conduct rules below.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct:
  • Any attempt to use the platform's software, API, or database for personal gain — including the use of bots, scrapers, or automated scripts.
  • Intentionally exploiting software bugs or glitches — if you notice this happening, you must report it promptly to [email protected].
  • Any attempt to facilitate money laundering or to pass illegally obtained funds through the platform.
  • Threatening, using abusive language toward, or harassing other players, staff, or twmmk representatives.
  • Using bonus abuse or arbing strategies to exploit twmmk promotions or bonuses.
  • Attempting to access the platform while a self-exclusion restriction is active on your account.
If a violation is found: twmmk reserves the right to suspend play, void bonuses, and close the player's account if there is genuine reason to believe that misconduct has occurred.

6. VIP and Loyalty Rewards Program

The twmmk VIP program offers tier progression from Bronze to Platinum based on the player's frequency and volume of play. Reward policies related to tier upgrades will be announced when applicable, and twmmk reserves the right to make changes to VIP tier management.

VIP cashback rewards are subject to the terms stated in each individual reward announcement, and twmmk may not cut bonuses without a prior announcement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and databases displayed on the twmmk platform are legally protected property of twmmk. Players may use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and may not trade, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any of it on their own platforms. Please note that twmmk reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property.

8. Service Suspension and Restrictions

  • If twmmk determines that a player has breached any provision of this agreement, it may suspend that player's account without prior notice and void any remaining balance.
  • If you wish to close your account yourself, you can do so via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after all outstanding amounts are settled.
  • Services may be suspended or discontinued due to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or directives from local authorities, and twmmk bears no liability should this occur.
  • twmmk also accepts no liability for loss of income arising from force majeure events during any service interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

twmmk limits its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any financial losses arising from a player's gameplay, losses caused by platform errors (to the extent permitted by law), or losses resulting from third-party network or software issues. twmmk's maximum possible liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player during the relevant period.

Game and betting outcomes on the twmmk platform are based solely on mathematical principles and are guaranteed to be fair and unbiased, secured by SSL encryption and secure gaming technology.

10. Personal Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of players' personal data is handled in accordance with twmmk's Privacy Policy. That policy is to be read together with this agreement and is considered a valuable part of it. Players are deemed to have agreed in advance that two-way KYC (Know Your Customer) checks may be carried out for security purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Confirmation of Decision

In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, twmmk's server logs will be used as the authoritative record. Players are deemed to have agreed in advance that twmmk's decision, based on those records and the review process, is final.

12. Changes and Contact

twmmk may amend this agreement at any time. If a player continues to use the platform after an amended agreement has been published, they are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.
